Unprofessional - Account Customer Service
Bought a treatment up front and booked an appointment in the more inconvenient location as the salon close to me was unavailable. Had a text the afternoon before my appointment to say my appointment needed to be cancelled. When phoning them to make another appointment and try to arrange one before going on holidays, they promised to look into it and phone me straight back....no call back ever took place! When I phoned them back (each time a 1300 number- so at my cost), the girl was still unable to get me in before my holiday and i was expressing my frustration with her and she put me on loud speaker?!
Unprofessional and downright rude! to advertise deals on Groupon, lure people in that have paid upfront and then not provide a professional service.
